In October 2021 I teamed up with The Future Plate to take over the kitchen at Shoreditch House for an evening as part of their Soulful Sundays series.
My goal was ode to soul food. So I put on a comfort food dish from Barbados called Cou-Cou along with a rum and ginger beer bbq chicken. With a Coconut based alphonso mango ice cream to finish.
To set the atmosphere we had producer and DJ Juls bring the Afro beats vibes to the dining room.
